Hi!
CBN did the line drawing...and my job was to add some color to the pic
would be kewl if you posted some crit.
negative or positive doesn't matter

Cool design. Would be great to see a bigger picture of it. As to the coloring, to my untrained unprofessional eye it looks like time spent on the coloring wasn't nearly the same as on lines. Good job regardless. |

Heya NeroX,
This reminds me of one of Francis' pics that I colored a year ago. It was a flying drone too, thogh it was a camera drone I think
In regards to the highlights, you need some shading too to compliment the highlights.
In this pic, the light is supposedly coming from the left, so you shade on the right and highlight on the left.
Try using the Overlay layer option if you are going to use white to highlight a surface.
Light from the rocket flame should be illuminating all surfaces that reflect light to us.
A background would help... even a simple black background for now. This will make the highlights stand out even more. The shaded regions will blend into it too, so beware! |
