This guy seems to be very happy

the anatomy looks right to me (except the hand maybe.. that looks a bit blurry and weird). did you use any reference on this one?

and are you planning a bg?

damn.. this is the finished art forum.. so I guess not much hope for a bg..

Did you create the arm in a separate layer?
If so, try to "blend" a bit the borders with the rest of the pic, as you can see at the biceps a strange white zone.
And the hair seems more like a mask or something like that.
The hand should have some more work too, but it's a quite nice paint anyway.

tayete - no ... i make all the out lines in one layer and all the painting in differents layers

and...
1 - i know i have a SMALL problen in the hand
but i dont know exactly what is the
problem maybe the arm is too BIG?

2 - in the PSD file i see lot of things theat in the JPG file i cant see (the hair looks very different in the PSD )
and whan i exporting the PSD to JPG i make the quality to 10 but still i cant see all the detayles)

do you have any idea why?

That's a cool idea, but the pose is really awkward. His anatomy seems okay, not that I know anything about it ;D It think his stature really is throwing him out of proportion though.
