Just scanned an old sketch and decided to work it up a bit. As usual I'm ad-libbing and have no idea what the hell this is.
Please c&c if you want, or make up a story for it.

This is looking really good! I'm not diggin' the robot's head too much at this point, but I realize it's quite preliminary I'm really amazed at the lighting in the chest too, it really draws the eye to it, which I think you aiming for, so good job.

My goodnes Steven... that is a really disturbing, funny and weird painting you have done there... i like it!

Must be something about her sucking... or spitting the juice of life in or out of the big...eh... thingie robot ;-)

Would be exciting to see it finished.

Keep up the good work!

in narrative form:

T'enniel turned again to her lumbering companion. "Momorun, i am hungry. Give me another sip of your milk-blood". Momorun paused.

She had already drunk from his wound several times since the escape, and he did not know how much blood he could afford her before his lifeforce would be extinguished. But if it weren't for T'enniel he would still be one of the Huurgul, the cruel enslavers of her race and an unwitting servant of darkness. He shuddered as he remembered his former life in the mines.

He looked into the distance as she fed on the stream of milky liquid. "How much further is it to El'dramen? Are we going to see the rabbits soon?" he asked in his slow, metallic rumbling.

The fairy-witch wiped a trickle of blood from her chin. "Soon, my friend. Soon".

got a little carried away awesome pic, hope we see a finished version soon.

-Ken

Thanks Golongria.
Ah - that's great ken! Freakin' awesome! "Are we going to see the rabbits soon?" Conjures up images of a relationship that's a cross between those two guys in "Of mice and men", and a vampire and her willing victim... so much dramatic potential there.

Ok - I did a little updating, and as usual it's overwritten, see it at the top, cause I don't think I have the server space to keep 5 versions of the same pic there...

Wow very Orginal... I like it a lot. The clouds look really good and very dramatic. I also like the texture on the armor. The only critiques I can come up with, is that the fairy's hand looks a bit off..like maybe the fingers are too small. Also her neck looks too thick.

I don't know, I just don't know. The image left me with a funny butterfly feeling in my belly. I don't really know why though......
THIS IS CREEPING ME OUT, AND I DON'T KNOW WHY!!!

The big armored dude looks more vulnerable then the naked fairy. I think that feeling of helplessness is given off in this pic.

The only thing I don't like is the opening in the armor. It looks too uniform to be caused by something forced out from the inside out something rending it open from the outside. Is it a design in the armor to open like that?

Thanks!
Why the opening? Honestly, I don't know. Originally I had a simple door-like lid but I thought that was boring. Then I started thinking, well maybe this thing is a demon kept locked in a 'prison-suit', and it guards some important portal - to open the portal you have to be a fairy, and spit a special magic potion into this chest-cavity, sort of like a chemical key.

But I think I liked ken's story better.

Real awesome pic.
My point of critic: The flappies around the whole in his chest don't say very much.
With that you could make the story clearer.
Is it a wound? Then they would be looking more irregular.
Is it a hole with a purpose? Then I would make that clearer with some decoration on the flappies. Maybe even visble hinges or something.
I think I'd also make the light on her face stronger to connect her more with the hole.

As for the story the lifeforce swapping kind of thing is definately cool.
