This is a demon on a Tarot card for a rpg inspired by Zelazny's Amber books.
The face is an accurate copy of that of John Howe's Balrog.
Let me now what you think.
The wings are still missing, and the fingers have a twisted look ; I'd like the whole to look like a strange melt of fire and obscurity.

hey, you look to have a great start there. My only suggestion is that you should look at a model or mirror, perhaps even draw a sketch of the pose that you want (from life). It would help your work a lot ^_^. The pose of your creature seems a bit stiff. Perhaps you could turn the figure slightly, or move the hand so that you can see more of the forearm? I did a quick sketch to show what I mean:
