This costume was supposed to be how I remebered legolas from the movie, when I looked at actual pictures, the clothes looked nothing alike, so i guess it's my own interpretaion. At this point I'm stuck, I'm not sure what background to use and would appreciate any suggestions on anything.
Thanks

How about drawing a forest in the background? Try giving it a blue tint. As I recall the elven forest in the movie had more blue than green. To putting a bush or a rock infront of his right leg, as if he's steping over it. |

Nice drawing... good pose you have going. He looks incredibly muscular for an elf though. But like you said, its your interpretation |

At first I thought that the posing looked awkward, but now not so much. Could he be nudging something with his right (our left) foot? His eyes aren't pointed in that direction, so perhaps he might be nudging the leg of a fallen enemy and looking it in the face?
Yeesh! I sound like one of THOSE people. You know the one's I'm talking about? The people who you just smile your head and nod at to humor. heh.
Well, that was the first explanation that jumped at me for why he'd have all his weight on one leg like that.
Keep up the good work! |
