What do you think about this sketch? any tips on background or other things.. like light effekts from the eyes and so on.

its pretty neat, although, i think its to blurry. makes my eyes water

also, for that glow in the eyes, try making it a lighter blue in the center mayber. play with the burn and dodge tool in PS, (If you have it that is).
