Hi !
This is my first painting with Photoshop. I've used first the brush for the basis and then the airbrush for the lightings and shadows.
I'm not really satisfied, specialy with the border of the shapes which are not smooth.
Help for improvement would be highly appreciated.

I don't know but when I work i usually work on a very hi-res picture so I can refine shapes and such

Drop the girl idea, do something less cliche PLEASE. Work at a MINIMUM of 180 dpi for paintings.

i'm not making art, just trying to use Photoshop properly

i work at 300 dpi, 1200x800 pixels.
