I haven’t been able to work very much on it the last week but here are some up-to-date pictures.

Its almost finnished, It just need some more detail, smoothing and the legs have to be sculptured. And of course im going to color it.

If you want to have a look at some of the older pics of the sculpt in progress, then use this Link

C&C are most welcome.

Nicodemus: Thank you :)

About the scenery, i was thinking of makeing a pumpkin land for him to walk thru, but ur suggestion isnt bad. An iron gate, hmmm :)
Maybe i'll do that. we'll see, Ill keep you posted :)

I actually use normal sculpey atm just because i couldnt buy Super sculpey from my local art store.
There is an online shop that i think im going to order my S Sculpey from in the future. Heres the Link.

Okay I have no 3D art class and it's driving me nuts so after I saw your first thread of this I thought maybe try it, but one question do you need a keln for baking it or can you use an oven? If a keln I have to go talk to my high school art instructor to see if he can fry it for me.

Your sculp looks cool and it looks like you're having lots of fun with it.

Hey Jabberwocky!

Iv never taken any art classes in my life. But hopefully I will. Whatever makes me grow faster as an artist. But in the end its just up to yourself so.. Or Maybe I’m just a lazy son of a &%#. :)
Anyways, iv promised myself to take some when i fin school.
How did I get in to this subject?? hmm :)

Anyways, to your question!
You use a normal oven when you bake sculpey/ super sculpey. Very handy huh?

I think you should try it out, if you think it looks fun (it is, hehe) then you should try it. I myself think its so fun that I want to work with it full time. But that’s impossible right now.. whoops, there I go babbling again. :)

Thank you and I’m glad you enjoyed it :)

Exo, Thats coming along great!

I really dig it. I was flipping through a magazine yesterday and saw a picture of Jack and I thought about your sculpt.

Looking forward to see it painted. Keep up the good work!

Hey John, thanks again :)

I have decided to not only make the sculpture of Jack but make a "scenery".

I have some problems thought. Its all going to be sculpey. That includes the base so hmm, do you have an good idea to keep that sculpt standing without the wood base?

And yeah, how do you secure your armtures?

How about that dragon you where talking about? Are you going to show it?
