started this today... figured I'd take advantage of the in progress section instead of finishing something and then finding out all the problems with it

hey,
nice start.
Her left arm's a bit pudgy (for an elf) and i'd like to see some more hair falling vertically behind her ear. Right now her
neck's looking kinda thick, and that may fix it.

aside from that, cool.
The head's good and solid, nothing askew.
