I don't know if this is intentional, but Santa looks very stiff not just like a water skier, but more like a tin toy soldier or the christmas nutcracker.

Errr.. making a christmas card. Here's a black&white sketch

The santa looks like he's 20 feet tall compared to the reindeers. Err, will fix. Or redo completely. With a 100-foot-tall mecha-santa gyahahahaha!

Uh, anyhow, tips/crits/suggestions/whatever?

The perspective seems a little weird.
The general idea looks promising, but I would go back and take a look at the position of santa.
Do you plan to add color? Using arial perspective could help this out a lot.
The bright glows on santa's hat and reindeer noses seems a bit strong.
The mountain could be refined more, I know this is a rough sketch anyways.
Zoom in, add more detail.

Hope this helps.

Santa is bigger than the reindeers, yet he's behind him? That's a problem right there.

Row.

Umm, is it the big cruddy santa skier messing with the perspective or something else? Colors, yes, after getting the b&w brightness guide done. And gahahahaha, I guess my stylized trees really blow

damppuppy: Yeah, it's intentional. Retro-robo-santa.
krobar: Not that I know of

And thanks for the advice everyone, I'll probably do a few more tomorrow and see which version I'll start developing on.
