I am finally going to try to draw those really spiffy grayscale sketches that I see and envy. So here's my first try so far, how am I doing? What do I need to do to make it better, please help.
All crits are welcome, really need help on how to do this type of art! |

It's kind of fuzzy right now. Put more variation in the edges, some hard, some soft. |

i agree with the dude above.. you need some more defined areas.. get down your shapes and stuff.. then blur all ya want |

So I should define the jawbone and such? I really don't see how it is blurry.. But I willsharpen the details. IE nose and mouth and try to fix that eye. |
