It looks good, and it's a good indicator of where you are now in your drawing abilities. The best way to get better would be to start on some new sketches, because it seems like you've been working with this same image for a while now, and you're making some improvements to the digital aspects, but no real headway in your drawing ability. Keep at it, and slowly your figures will take a more flowing, lifelike shape as you learn the more intricate ways of the human form. So think up some new poses and different body types and see what you can draw!

PS lots of little lensflares in photohshop = bad

Something that ive noticed, it seems really flat.. i know its now suppose to be 3D or anything.. but it would make the picture look alot better if you got rid of the thick black lines all over the samurai... smudge them out or something... they dont look good.. but other than that looks good.. i love the background..

added rain effect, smudged in some pencil lines,
now what do you think ?
