i think its a ram issue.
if not, just try slowing down your strokes. |

Regarding the "rings"....
Either slow down with your strokes or double click the brush you're using to brings up it's options. Then lower the spacing value. This will require more processing power though...

Hmm, well, it only does that when I use the burn/dodge... No problem skipping out on that some, right?  |
