Only thing I'm not too sure about is the thumb in the scetch.

Looking good so far, his face kinda reminds me of Sarge from Q3:A

I do have a couple of crits though, but they are pretty minor I think.

1.) Maybe make his left (our right) eye squinted a bit so it's more like he's aiming. The glint that someone else mentioned would be cool too.

2.) His hair and his face seem to be facing two different directions. Like his face is a little to the side and the hair is straight-on if that makes sense

Other than those things I think it's coming along quite peachy! Can't wait to see it finished.
