Yeah some of the basics are messed so look at the link mike gave but for being a cartoon style it is somewhat forgiveable. I like the look of it. I have always liked the "scribbled" look and you did a good job on it! It doesn't look like you spent too much time on it though so sorry if you did =D try going for a bit more detailed drawing next time and get the basics down.
Then again I am no expert just giving my 2 cents.
