| wow.. some hip-hop art, that's cool. If you're using his album cover as a reference, you might wanna give his skin some yellowish highlights. And I think his face is looking a bit narrow right now. Otherwise, dope! |

| he is a little red, but what i was saying is that my monitor on the computer i use at school is so messed up that he looks really red. like a lobster. |

well thanks for the feedback, although there wasn't much to read there.
Ya i work at a computer store, and i notice that the image looks really dark and red...
but just turn up the contrast and you'll see the image.
I am thinking of pumping up the hue a notch...
ya i thought a little Hip-Hop flavour would get me inspired to do some work...
cause i've barely done any this past year!
so i'm off to a good start i think.
I'm doing my Version of the Black on Both Sides Album Cover, i'm not totally aiming for realism. Cause the cover is way dark, and it doesn't totally look like how I think Mos Def looks.
If i can find some other photos of him, i'll show what i mean.

| Yeah it's nice to see some hip-hop art, that's more my style and there isn't much of it here. I'd give you more suggestions but I'm not that great of an artist and I could just compare it to the album cover. Check out his website (www.mightymosdef.com) if you need more pictures. Keep us updated on your progress though! |

| Yeah he is looking kinda red. If you want the yellowish look of the original, change the whole hue +20 or so. It's up to you though. |

wow that looks great. his eyes are a bit small, a good rule to use for eyes is that the space between them is roughly one eyes width, but in you image they are too far apart or the eyes are too small. Anyway looks good so far.
