Your usage of UBB is a little off, you may want to read the FAQ.
The image is in in its infancy, but is a start, keep refining...

use reference for the figure, work with the background, add more, watch line weight - the planets? are too heavy in comparison with the rest of the pict., erase the pencil drawing - make it black on white, not black and kinda light gray. it would nice to see you spend more time on this piece and really get it going.
