I think it looks cool, his right cheek bone looks like maybe it could be raised a bit.

What's he gonna look like?

yeah, i will work on the cheekbones.... i am thinking i may give him some adult features like wrinkles and stubble, spots and freckles..

or give him some childish features like faint wrinkles and lots of freckles... not sure yet!!!
