Just a little programm I found.

If you have all the toolbars and pallets in photoshop visible, you are able to use only a small part of the screen for designing

This programm hides this toolbars, pallets etc. When you don't need them they are hidden off the screen, so you can use all the screen for painting. And if you need any of them you just have to move the curser to the edge of monitor where it is hidden and it will appear.

It's a nice programm and free.
But I couldn't use it because my computer is much to slow for it.
That's the only defect - it slows photoshop down.
But if your pc is fast it can halp you very much.

why?

Just hit 'tab' and you go full screen and it hides all your pallettes..

You can hit TAB as dekkard says, or Shift-TAB to hide all but the toolbar and options bar. You can also use keys such as F5 to show/hide the brushes palette, or F6 for colour etc... Any palette can be shown or hidden with a keypress if you set up an action to do so, and those keys can then be mapped to your Wacom's pen button or pop-up menu or tablet buttons.

All in all there are already several ways to do this without slowing your application down

F for screen mode and button 1 of Wacom pen as 'TAB' keystroke works wonders as well.
