bleh. Read the FAQ. Do a search for it. There are buttons located at the top right.
Sorry to be abrupt, but we get questions like this every five seconds. In fact there is probably a thread on the same page as yours with exactly the same questions.
I use a Wacom tablet personally. Most ppl here do. Their are a few who use a mouse, and it can be quite effective. There is hope, so try using a mouse if you cannot afford a tablet. Most importantly though, brush up on your traditional art skills like drawing and painting. You can learn a lot about that by looking around on the forum and reading. Also, only post something when you feel it is good enough / you put enough effort into it for someone to help you make it better. That way you should get some help without being ignored for 'newbie' art.
Hope that doesn't sound too intimidating! A warm welcome to the board... have fun. |

Umm, the faq only covers things about the forums, doesnt have any thing to do with coloring or any thing else.

The, what, one thing I ever did digitally was with a mouse. And if I ever wind up doing more, until I get my own money/a Christmas present, I'll have to use a mouse. |

Did you do a search then?
Also try Google. Search for 'digital painting tutorials'. |
