... check out how the transformation tool works. Grab an anchor point to move it and the screen displays the moves in real time for real accurate transforms. Very cool indeed.

Try this, if you haven't already. Select an area and press control "T" to fire up the transform engine. Then, hold the control key down and drag one of the corner anchor points anywhere you want...

In version 6, only the bounding box would show what was happening. In 7, the whole area being transformed moves in real time...

Loki... yea, I'm having some problems with PS7 too... The big brushes are significantly slower than with PS6... but those new little bells and whistles, like real-time transformation dragging, keep me using it. But I haven't removed 6 yet...

I just got PS7...upgrade from using PS 5.5 and omg...I just cant get used to the brushes...where's my brush tab gone hehe.

But..gonna persist...have to try and get used to it

It's a HUGE step after using 5.5 and not even seeing PS6

Kay.

when you make a regular SOFT brush with no hardness, do you guys have problems with it? it doesnt work correctly for me, like it has an outline, hard to explain, oh heres a pic

it doesnt really blend, it keeps the background color or something, so you have an outline of it... ugh

nope... it's slower because the big brushes are carrying a lot more baggage, but using the same horse power - i.e. your cpu... or my old cpu. I'm thinking about bumping them from 1.5s to 2 gigers
