Does anyone know of any video game developers in the Twin Cities area? I'm looking to get a job in that area. I'd like to do promotional art, like game boxes and magazine ads. Any info would be great, thanks.

Check out Gamasutra.
They have a listing of jobs for the game industry.
Honestly - you may have to be a little more flexible on your location if you intend to enter the game industry - competition is tough.
