hello
I was just wondering what anyone thought of the book, "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain."
I'm thinking about doing the little course there.
I'm not a newbie who never picked up a pencil before though. I'm pretty decent at portraits and such, I was just thinkin that maybe it'd help me even more.
So, is the book any good for people who have a decent amount of experience drawing? And if any of you have done it, how long does it take and how much improvement did you see?
Thanks
--Keith

I like the book.... can't just place a time period on it because well, it depends how much you can work on it all day etc. etc. etc.

The book offers a different way to look at drawing.. might work for you, might not.

Well, the whole concept of creativity being mainly on the right side, and logical/language/math etc being mainly on the left is wrong, recent research has shown we use both sides of the brain equally in all sorts of very different activities.

But the book does work I think, it does help people learn drawing, or so I've heard - I guess because people learn to use the creative parts of their brains - and to use those we certainly don't have to know where they are.
