Im having hard time picking the color of things, wheather Im drawing from life or from my head. Is there a technique that would help me to pick colors in more realistic fashion? |

yep....its called the technique of observation...hehe...seriously learn how to mix colors to make others...i wish i wasnt dead right now....(insomnia) id link you to some color help.....anyone a bit lively than i at this point?  |

Ok. here is perspective Im comming from.
If the surface is gray and light is blue. Then I will have to paint transperent blue over gray.. etc with other light sources. But most of the time the colors just don't look right .=( |

i have the same kinda question, let say
- if a red light hit a blue ball, would the color of the blue ball turn into the combination of red+blue? What will its dark site be color? and the color of its shadow will be cool right? |

Do a few searches fellows. There have been many color theory discussions here, alot of the pros are sick of talking about it, I belive. |
