Hello,
I'd like to know if there are any websites
containing information about Art Fundamentals.
Fundamental's like: Composition, Perspective, Subject Matter, etc.
An Art book that talks about Art Fundamentals would be helpful too.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I have several books, and my two favorite come from authors Jack Hamm and Ron Tiner. Though as with anything else, it's all opinion.

If you go to amazon.com or barnes & noble & type in jack hamm, all of his books will come up. I know there is one called cartooning the head & figure (or something like that) & one called drawing the head & figure.
I like one book called How to draw the human figure by famous art school a lot.
If you are into comics, Superheroes Joe Kubert's Wonderful World of COmics is a good book too....
...just a couple of books that have helped me.

A book that was recommended by Ron Lemen (aka fredflickstone) which is probably one of the best collections on composition and general good art practice.

"Composition of Outdoor Painting", by Edgar Payne

Also,

"Creative Perspective for Artists and Illustrators", by Ernest W. Watson, is very good, though I think it requires a bit of background knowledge on perspective first.

btw - I strongly recommend getting books via the library before spending any money so that you can check which books you find the most useful.
