Hi folks,
this might be off topic and I'm sorry for that but I want to ask if anyone of you knows a good and free provider to put my pictures in the internet. so far I tried it at geocities and tripod but both are unable to show the picture in the topic instead I always have to link them.
I really would aprreciate any help, thanks.

If you have any sort of always-on internet connection, it's pretty easy to set up a webserver for this sort of thing.
Or, you can get friends to serve pages for you. All it takes is a computer and an ip address (plus a bit of software
I've got cable and a spare lazy server looking for something to do, so if anyone wants some webspace (not superfast, but totally useable), just mail me. |

Wow server space.....
It's weird that making something you like can cost u so much money,
We made a site, go a lot of hits, exceeded our datalimit with 5 gig...
Gonna cost us about 500 $...
And now we have to shut the site down..
So this serverspace offer sounds good !
But I guess our site is a bit to bandwidth heavy for a home server ?

pipslab...
Checkout the host that dementia7 suggests in the message that is 2 above yours. On their selling site, they claim "unlimited transfers." I think that means what it says, i.e. no datalimit.
BTW... great site you have
