the first thing that hits me is the lips..they look a bit..poofy..and the ears are too flush against the head..just a tad..rotate em a bit out. also..i dont know what it is..but your side view of the head..profile..is great..nice mesh, good proportions..but the front view is lacking..needs to be expanded..the cheekbones perhaps. also the head looks a bit oblong..but then again, maybe ya want a mellonhead!  |

Not far off, but the lips are too low, and all the facial features seem to be on the same plane. Maybe bring the jaw forward a bit... agree with above over ears (isn't this in the wrong forum though?)
