I've found that mixing flash and hand-drawn backgrounds can be jarring, but I think that it got pulled off really well here.
[edit] oh yes, this animation has kung-fu goodness.
Also, does anyone know how to minimize loading times when using Jpegs? I find that my flash files end up pretty huge when I use them.

whoa nice lookin stuff...havent seen the episodes or anything YET but i will, everything else looks really nice. have u ever went to brokensaints.com? it looks kinda like yurs in a way, anyways yes i do know how to make jpegs smaller...you will need photoshop (preferably 6.0) and go under file then "save for web" and youll be able to lower the sizes of jpegs and gifs if need be. nice site so far! |

heheh... ^^;; the sunscript.com one? That's not my site... that's just something I found while looking at Flash stuff... oops, my bad. should have been more explicit.

and Broken Saints.. mm.. goood. I like that they used flash as a medium, but not quite like an animation tool either.
