A friend of mine is working on an online art magazine that will feature new artists every <blank> period of time. But before he can start featuring anyone he needs some artists! Any kind of art will do. Whatever it is you do to express yourself.

Please submit no more than 5 of your strongest pieces in jpeg format with a brief description of each image, dimensions and date completed. He also needs you to send a brief bio along with a creative picture of yourself (ie: don't send cheesy school photos, glamour shots or whatever... make it interesting)

I'm sure there are tons of artists here that would be interested so I thought I would share. Feel free to mention that you heard about it from me (Beth).

Pretty cool site. Good sense of composition your friend has. Not to sure about the layout though. After I get some stuff published I might send something to him.

Hey guys... fear not. The whole point in the site is to try and get some recognition to artists who aren't recognized. You don't need published work!

Just send something you're proud of. And it doesn't need to be digital either. Submit sculpture, photography, figure drawings or whatever your little hearts fancy

The stuff I'm proud of is about to get published is all. After it hit stands I can show it all over the place.
