anyone seen the rulebooks to the new D&D third edition? (formerly ad&d...)

There is this illustrator in there called Scott Fischer, who does adorable pictures. they look very photoshop, and he uses few brush strokes, gets it right with a very minimum of paint.. very nice and dynamic pictures... if anyone knows more about this guy, please let me know0!

actually most of the stuff in those book were done digitally. Some amazing traditional painters in those books but because of timeconstraints they had to do a majority of the artwork digitally...
