i love the ship one. If you were going for the ship flying thats what it looks like if its suppose to be on the water then you need to fix it up a bit. I hope its flying it looks better .

Vengeancearts, I've decided I no longer respect you. Don't disrespect someones post like that, its just wrong. seriously.

Yeah, the boat is flying and thanks about the sail. Geez, vengeancearts just pissed me off right now.
Anyway, thanks a lot.
Most of the creative credit goes to Odashi though, without his imagination they wouldn't have been as cool

Really cool isric.... I like the third one the best. Although I must admit the first one is quite good as well... with the little flames and all. Anyway, is the second one supposed to be ..... a top down view of a bazar or osmething? Marketplace perhaps? Anyway...... really cool... I'm not sure if you wanted a bit of advice.....but here ya go anyway. One thing that keeps troubling me in all of your paintings is the clouds... your clouds don't look realistic to me and just kind of stand out.. I think maybe you need to study it a bit more and also, clouds dissapate in the air..they aren't solid colors. (referring more to the third one) Well anyway, ... the second one is nicely done.. but clouds really aren't that big... I suppose they could be at very high alititudes but then the water just throws that off.. hehe yes and vengeance your an idiot. Go suck honey of winnie the pooh. Hope to see more art from you isric.

Thanks man, That really helps. You pointed out perfectly a few of the mistakes I couldn't figure out. Yeah, the second picture is a market, but i really don't like it. My favorite is the castle (Odashi's composition and design)

geez Isric, these are nice. I can't believe that you are 17 and can do this already.

I really look forward to watching you develop.

i don't know how much Odashi did, but cool stuff too.

*quiver*

Thank you very much for your encouragement. What more can I say? Thanks a lot, and I'm sure Odashi will cry when he reads your comment.
In answer to your last comment, Chirs(osahsi) did a bunch of sketches and we painted from there.
and thanks to you too Faustgfx, I'm glad there aren't any ill fellings between us after that forum-wide turmoil.

?

if there was one, i've forgotten about it. i can hate you some more if you want though :p

though it seems like it's me vs the forum all of the time. they just never give up and fail to see the fact that it's up to "them" if there's a fight or not, since i don't back down and sure as hell won't back down.

what did we fight about, refreshen my memory thank you.

Hey sure, I understand what you mean about you against the Forum, but i guess everyone got a little edgy close to the holidays or somthing.
Refresh your memory? Man, I don't know if I want to, heh. I think it was just some stuff I said about not being so depressing and brining things down, about making up your own mind about how sad and terrible the world is.
It's good that you haven't backed down yet though, it keeps us on our toes.

Heh, faust's comments are always good for a chuckle.

Isric, your stuff is really great...very imaginative. I only wish I coulda been foolin' around with computer graphics four years ago but oh well. I really like the last two images in particular, especially the color choices in the first of those two. The silhouetted foregrounds still give enough information to let me know what's there.

As far as the first three go I really like the first one but that could because blue is my favorite color The second one has some nice forms in it but it just doesn't have something that grabs me and says 'cool'. The third one has a great sense of scale and I like the design of the castle as well as the color scheme used.

I always look forward to checking out your threads. Keep it up man!
