Maybe it's not for other people than me heeh. Even though i had to draw crap like that at school, i really hated it because it's not something i like myself.

Ehh, it's like... abstract and i don't like abstract
If it was a portrait i would say: "wow yeah! COMMON BAYBEEE YEAAAAAH!" or something =]

...it is a portrait.
And this wasent a forced topic... I wanted to draw this.

It is a portriat of Trent Reznor of Nine Nich Nails preforming in concert... His amrs are in his face because that is his silohet (spelling) and he is singing into the microphone. I got this picture from nin.com -it is him in concert

It's not really abstract, maybe it just needs to be looked at harder.

some complains ( ):
1. it is not really digital (art) !?!?
2. nin ? dont know the music. IMHO the background music from quake1 is from thouse guys, buts its kinda rythmless...

greetings
peter

you should have picked a pic with more definition man, it just looks like a black blob.... i am sure you could do a sweet pic... but honestly, it looks abstract... i am a fan of trent by the way =) checkout my buddies nin inspired page =) http://www.eccentrix.com/artist/pete/

hehe, that's not the crowd, but thanks for the comment.

That is the stage... with all the spotlights and stuff turned off.. the pic was taked from the view of someonein the crowd. probley form a mellow part of one of the songs. And the backround looks like a corn feild of some sort and two trees in the back. It's not the crowd though.

I don't know how they did it, but it's there so all you can see is the shadow of trent. Thanks agian for the comments though

Optical - that is the whole reason for doing it I guess. I like it's bold, abstract feeling. That's why when I got this picture, a month ago, It inspired me to paint it. It's been my backround forever.

I just really like the image and it's Trent in concert, something i've never gotten to see. And thanks for the encouragement... but I'm not sure how much better I cold do with watercolor. My acrylics are in the mail though. I'm sure I'll post anything that I'm proud of.

Ooooooooh! NOW I see it! When I first opened it up I kept trying to find Trent Reznor in there but I couldn't. I couldn't even find him in the original photo, hehe... but after you explained it it made much more sense.

*drools* NiN.... mmmmm.... =)

love it. I saw them in May. Great show. By any chance did it say which song the LCD screens were set to at the time of the pic?

Don't pay attention to this..it's my babbling, but I think where he poses like he's on the cross during "The Great Below" would have been a lot more interesting

My first thought was like, Trent? like Trent in NIN? Must check! =)

well. I really like it even though I first though it was like him in front of a field on sunny day or something. Cool pic.
