I liked the old design better. The new site is kind of a pain to navigate and the fonts are way too small. Some how I found Moore's section, but after I looked at his pics I lost interest in the navigation. Shame.. you have talented people there but that site just kills the whole idea of showing there work.

What browser are you using??

If it's IE 4.0 on macintosh it's a bug with the CSS font point sizes. I've tested it on ie 4 & 5 on PC and 5 on a mac, and it's fine on all those. Unfortunately netscape and ie4 mac just don't support either CSS spec properly, and netscape's javascript is all screwy..

All the tickets are readable up to 1280x1024 on the monitors I've used, but I've had one or two complaints - I'll try to up the contrast on those..

IE 5.. PC.. 1024x768

But still.. one of the main problems I have is the site assumes that everyone knows who all the artist are and what they do. You have inkers, pencilers, and colorist. They should be split up some how or there should be an indicator as to who and what I am clicking on.

Hey Bom,

I really liked your site, and I think you have a great community there. However, I gotta agree with some o' da fellas here... I'm on a cable modem and the site is still pretty slow. It looks real slick, but I prefer the good ol' quick to da goods site better.

You got plenty of great content to sell the site to surfers man, the extra fancy graphics isn't really necessary, nor worth the lag. Just my 2 cents. I got your forums bookmarked tho.

Shit eh? I think it must be something to do with interland's connection to where you guys are - seriously, I see a flash and the page is loaded on my computer, takes like 2 seconds. No page is bigger than 30KB, then you have the tickets (always cached) and the thumbnails (ordered in the asp code to load last).

I'm looking at server issues now, I'll see what I can do about it. The idea of the site is to show these guys off, and if you guys are getting fucked off by the speed I'll see what I can do.

.bUh.

yeah, im having major problems just loading the site...it takes like 30 seconds just to load your background window, then the other window pops up and that lagged way too long for me to keep interest in it....

i would also recommend not doing it in the style you have (background window loads a popup) i know it's neat and kinda new, but it's also extremely annoying and very slow.

EDIT: not that i myself know shit about webdesign...

My tea's gone cold,I'm wondering why I got out of bed at all
the morning rain clouds up my window and I can't see at all
And even if I could it'd all be grey, but your picture on my wall
it reminds me that it's not so bad
it's not so bad

I really like your art but I think you messed up the website... It's hard to read the tickets, so put at least an alt text when you hover with the mouse over the buttons!

1280x1024 you say?? Did you test them in 22 inch monitors or something? I have a 17 inch with 1024x768 and the tickets are hard to read...

The art is still kewl

And another thing, I know it's a pain, but it would be better if not all the artists had the same 000??.jpg, I'm too lazy to manually rename it so that it won't overwrite another artist's image. Try with the name of the artist in front, moore0001.jpg or something!

Ok I will first start with a general comment about your website. I dont think the layout reflects your artistic talent it also doesnt jive with your art style and the subject matter of the site. The navigation is a little wack..confusing at first.. I design websites on the side and I can tell you while it gereraly does the job and is about 10 times better then the usual old boring bs that most people have I think that some with yout talent could o a better layout. Try using flash man I know a lot of people think flash is wack but if you do it right man everyone loves it..also you could do animations and make interactive buttons...all kinds of stuff

Ok about your artwork...you have a lot of talent.. I like your all your line work even though you use anime style it is tight and looks nice..what do you do for a living? Well I hope you post more artwork..try posting some of that black and white stuff people on the forum love coloring stuff like that!!! Later
