Hey i really like it, i think you really did well the cloth and her torso (including boobs )
the only problem at first glance is with her face i think, her nose , mouth and forehead whould be sorta aligned on a line parallel to the lines of the neck i think (sorry for my bad explanations i dont find the words i want) and maybe the eye is a bit too big, but it can be ok for the style you want to achieve.

c'etait mes 2 centimes

I like it a lot, cute. Are you gonna colour it?

yeah the forum does move pretty quick. The image thus far is pretty cool and I like it apart from a couple of quirks. Try to smooth out the lines that represent her flesh. Some of the lines on her breasts etc are to harsh and need to be made smoother. The idea of the cloth is kinda cool but I'm having trouble understanding why it would be above her breasts. If the cloth is there in that position, why is it not covering them? To my mind, you'd either be wearing something properly or not at all. I can't understand this 'middle ground'

Nice and stylistic... Which I really like

A suggestion: Try turning the head just a few degrees towards us (the viewer) and you'll get a very much more interesting pose. Right now the head feels very 2d-ish in contrary to the rest of the body... A view from the side usually gives a very weak pose... Unless done deliberatly, ofcause, hmm..

just a note...

Very nice stylistic lines. I like. Hmm.. the torso seems to be little too narrow and long. The arm looks little weird too.

The body looks excellent, but the face has some problems... the chin is drooping down and out, and the skull is a bit squashed in the back. Hope you don't mind me doing this, but it's easier than trying to explain:

i dunno.. i'm kinda getting tired of seeing bare-chested girl images.

but the rest looks good. i'll have to agree with LordArioch about the face. i like your approach to the nose, too. i'm thinking the harsh lines, should be smoothed out if you decide to color it/.

Real nice style...love the dark, harsh lines...I reckon you strech her out even further, bulk up her clothing more...create more of a contrast between vert and horizontal.....kicks ass as is!
