nice textures and shading,but the shadow under the god doesn't look right, and the tail seems too big and thick for a dog..

thats because its a mongoose.

i really like the image.. the style of it meshes with the subject. it kind of looks like a japanese silkscreen or something.

i agree with bubonic about the shadow. it looks funny to have such a dark shadow on the ground when everything else on the ground is so light, AND the cobra doesn't even seem to be casting a shadow.

the only other thing i'd work on is the mongoose's hands, esp the one holding the sword.

the angle fo the cobra head doesn't match with the reast of the body.

It's funny, I like it .

Animals in people's clothing is always funny.

Anyway, detail and shading is impressive. Maybe a background & dynamic lighting could improve it, but it's already really impressive!
