I don't mean to start a flame war but you've come along to this site to promote someone and then effectively turned around and said the person is too good to read postings on this site, particularly ones that relate to their own work/characteristics. Whats wrong with this forum? It is the most helpful site with a huge variety of talent from beginners through to professionals that I've come across on the web. Look up in the top corner of your screen and see the webcounter - over 2.1 million hits. I think it speaks for itself.
