Hello, Our local museum is giving a chance to let high school students become involved with a new exhibit on our main road. I'm the only one participating! I NEED HELP GUYS,PLEeeeeEEEEeeeASE CRIT! uuumm...i know some perspective/lighting things are screwed up, the deadline is getting closer and i need to make this image as best as i can!
P.S. the sky and water in the background are photographs i've messed with, i'm running low on time so i needed a quick fix! I'm going to put a billboard in the upper left too. |

I think it's looking really cool.
The bases of the streetlights need to be rounded.
Streetlights should be off if it's still light out.
There shouldn't be a stopline on the left side of the road.
There's a stopline, but no traffic lights or stop sign.
The lanes of traffic are travelling in opposite directions, so the line down the center should be yellow, not white.
Is the word slow on the left side written correctly? Looks like that should be an upside-down S, not W.
I guess that's about it. Just minor technicalities. The linework on the car could use some touching up, as it's a little shaky, but other than those things, it's looking really good.

Oh, and one more thing: I definitely think you should make your own background. I think it would be well worth the extra time and effort. As it is now you can't honestly say you drew the whole pic. I think it would be a lot more impressive if you did the whole thing. The two styles don't really look right together anyway... |

Points well taken Tinusch!
i'll try changing colors of the line down the road and i'll mess with some clouds and water to see what i can come up with...the reason the linework is all scraggly is that i scanned in a pencil drawing...it's hard to get rid of all the pencillness of it!
the street lights are on because i was expeirimenting with a night and day version and i couldn't decide if i should turn em off. |

The tops of the lamp posts are all going to a different vanishing point than the rest of the picture.
I really like the coloring style. Very futuristic.
I agree about the background. Besides its small enough and the style would lend itself to being a quick job.
Very nice. good perspective on the rest.
