I just love that style, it's something I'm trying to achieve in my own work.

Overall I think the lighting works well, but maybe parts of the hair would be a little darker too.

I suppose you've got to just look at the way light hits objects and try emulate that somehow. It's a complicated thing to learn at first, but you've got to go about it your own way.
