All I've got to say is, wow...

He looks a little stiff, like he can't move his shoulders. The sword that's behind him seems a little misplaced, it could just be a stylistic choich though. I like the colors though.

I like the variation of the line weight to emphasize the figure. The background looks good, at least to me it seemed like you didn't half ass it (I have problems with that). Well done.

The base has the same dark looming feel as the Gotham City that is portrayed on the animated show. I like the dark grittyness of the building.
