What caught my eye (pun not intended) is that the eyes are clearly copied and pasted, yet the two sides of the robot face are drastically different in terms of lighting. I'd reconsider that.

The third one is very interesting and has some merit, if you ignore the cheap text effects at the top, but the first two seem like a gross misuse of photoshop more than anything else.
