At first I thought the arms were way too long, but after some tracing, I think the arms are about right, but the head seems a bit small and the neck, too long:

It looks OK to me... If you are going for realism, you might want to lower the eyes some and add some ears. Maybe raise the jaw, too, especially on the left. |

FYI, a little trick to reduce blue lines in Photoshop:
- Open the Channels palette - click on the blue channel - select all (ctrl-a) - copy (ctrl-c) - click on the RGB channel - paste (ctrl-v) |
