The whitewater looks more like steam than bubbles to me. maybe add some green in there, get some more reference. Otherwise you have done quite well.

I didn't see what it looked like before but I would say that it seems to be better. Certainly I would say that it looks like a delicate flower now.... probably because of your change of saturation..
