I think your biggest problem is that you've drawn the chest-muscles (pectoralis major) independently from the arms. They link to the shoulder around the Deltoid.

There's just two things I'd change:
-The hero's head is so "embedded" in the monster's arm, it doesn't stick out enough, IMHO. Also, the arm of the monster ...

It's so big I can only view it piece by piece...but here goes: I think you have a problem where the mouth is concerned which is toobad, because the eyes look real nice to me.
